Commercial Use $36.00 hour/$180.00 day; Private Use $18.00 hour/$90.00 day; Community Use $9.00 hour/$45.00 day. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 for each meeting room is required and shall be paid in advance. Renters will be financially responsible for any lost equipment or damage beyond normal wear and tear in excess of the deposit.
