Full Kitchen Use Rate: Commercial Rate $200.00 day/$100.00 ½ day; Private Rate $115.00 day/$55.00 ½ day; Community Rate $70.00 day/$35.00 ½ day Coffee Service (limited use of kitchen-no cooking) Commercial $15; Private $10; Community $5 plus room rent; Dish rental $15. For rental as meeting space only: Commercial Use $36.00 hour/$180.00 day; Private Use $18.00 hour/$90.00 day; Community Use $9.00 hour/$45.00 day Note: These rates are for the room only - no kitchen use. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 for each meeting room is required and shall be paid in advance. Renters will be financially responsible for any lost equipment or damage beyond normal wear and tear in excess of the deposit.
