Each month the Friends sponsor a free movie at the Commons. Free popcorn is usually provided and the feature film is usually proceeded by a documentary. Movies are presented on a 17 ft. screen using a rear projection mat. The Commons also has a front projection mat for lectures or other uses where it is preferable for the projector to be on the audience side of the screen
